The World is the Universal Will as a flow of thoughts, feelings, desires and emotions.In the same way that beyond the emotions and thoughts of my personal mind there is the emotions and thoughts of your personal mind, the world outside our heads isn't perceptions that the eyes see but rather a flow of sensations, desires and thoughts as the Universal Will flow of it’s cosmic experiences.

The World is a network of humans consciousness connected to each other unified by the same Universal Will being it's aspects that are the collective dreamers as manifestations of the Universal Dreamer. The Universe is a mirror of our own collective psyche, a dream reflected by the personal dreamers as the World of humans as well animals and plants without a soul as merely impulses and desires, projections of the collective dreamers own psyches. They are the hylics as hollow husks where there is no soul as feelings and emotions but merely impulses and instincts guiding they.
